OFS is searching for Construction Associates to assist our property management team in building, maintaining, & renovating various OFS properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Construct, erect, install and repair structures
- Layout, construct and install footings, floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairways, etc.
- Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, etc.
- Modify existing, construct new or relocate existing structures
- Read and understand blueprints/drawings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior construction experience helpful
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
- Ability to lift and perform all tasks involving physical labor
- Experience with carpentry equipment and tools
